Car Seat Rec help

I'm looking to get a car seat for a family member that would only be driving LO around 1-2 times a month, for about a 20-25 mins ride each time.

DS is 2 years old, 33.9 inches and 23.3 lbs and still rear facing. I would like him to keep him this way until it becomes a problem.

I'm looking for a good priced car seat I can order online!

My LO is about the same weight but 2 inches or so shorter. We have a Cosco Scenara as our backup seat. It was $40 and we bought it online from Wal-Mart. She still has a fair amount of room to grow in it but does have kinda long legs.

Rear facing and not expensive....I think someone posted that the MyRides at Target were on sale, some of the colors were discontinued. This should rf you a while longer, it's one of the cheaper seats for erf and tall kids.
