Swelling ankles

Does anyone else have a job they sit at that tend to have their feet/ankles swell?  I know this heat we have been having can't help!!  But during the day at my job where I sit.. my feet and ankles tend to swell a little bit.. it's not alot, but enough that I notice!!  I have an appt set up with my GP and will ask about it, but just curious if anyone else has that problem at all.. when I get home and put them up the swelling goes away!

    Yes! I'm a P.E. teacher, I'm on my feet all day.  They never swelled before I was pregnant...then they blew up during.  Now they turn in to cankles by the end of my day.  Glad I'm not the only one!  I've lost a lot of my pregnancy weight over the summer, so I'm hoping maybe it was because of that and they'll be better come fall.

    If you can, check your bp :)

    I think CVS or one of those places has a machine near the pharmacy area
