Teeth question

It seems like dd has been teething for a month now.  I think it's two lower teeth that are infront of her molars and may be the first row of molars im not sure.  The reason not sure is because she won't really let me check out the scene in there and when I get a finger in its just for a few seconds and she moves or bites me

   

 

My question is how long do these things take to come in? She has her 4 front top and 4 front bottom teeth already and those too maybe a week per pair.  But this time she has like 2 or 3 days of fussiness, drooling and biting and then I feel her gums and it seems like the teeth are coming out then she is fine for a few days and feel her guns again and the ridge seems smaller.  And then repeat over and over for te last month.  Is this happening to anyone else?  Any advice?

DD had three molars come in quick (within a week they were completely out) and one that is taking it's sweet old time.  It's poking out a little but that's it.
