Those with long hair

How often do you clean the roller brush in your vacuum? Do you clean it afte every use? What type of vacuum do you have?

I have long hair, my DH has longish (for a guy) curly hair, and our dog and cat both have long hair.... so I clean our roller brush after every use by just taking a moment to pull all the hair out with my fingers, and toss it in the trash. Our vacuum is an archaic old girl in a brand that no one has ever heard of. Heh heh. We're currently in the vacuum market

We have a Dyson Animal, and a housekeeper...lol...I don't know how often she cleans the vaccum.

We have a rainbow vacuum (the kind that uses water not a bag) but I pull out anything on the roller after each use. It seems like I shed more than a dog so I like to clean it out each time before it gets too clogged.

I don't have super long hair, but with my thyroid condition, I shed a lot of hair. My twins also have long hair (midway down their backs) so I clean my roller on my Dyson about every two weeks. But I also vacuum about 3-4 times a week ( I am a little obsessed with my floors being clean). If I didn't vacuum so much maybe 1 time a month.
