Worried Mama!

My eye doctor has prescribed me prednisolone indefinitely. I had a previous eye infection a few years ago, but it has left my eye extremely sensitive. I just found out I am pregnant, so approx 4 weeks long. I have read online about it being a category C and am now making myself sick with worry. Has anyone else had experience with this?? TIA!

    Category C doesn't mean it IS dangerous.  It means it hasn't been tested on pregnant women.  I took a category C (like lots of people) when I was pregnant because the pros outweighed the cons and it sounds like you're in the same position.

    Call your OB/doctor. Also, I think the chances are slim that you will have done any damage in the last two weeks... but your doctor can put your mind at ease!
