Sorry about that, lol. It is a super simple recipe that tastes pretty good (just not remotely healthy).
- One jar of Newman's Own Marinara (I buy the organic but it really doesn't matter as long as you have a good marinara).
- One box of penne pasta (or your preferred pasta)
- One block of Sargento's Mozzarella (whole milk, the skim or reduced fat is waxy and grosses me out)
- One package of pepperoni (I buy the hormel package)
Cook pasta according to the directions, once finished drain and mix with 3/4 of the marinara jar in a large bowl. In the bowl toss in a handful of pepperoni and about 1/4 - 1/2 cup of the shredded mozzarella. Mix everything and put into a deep baking dish (I have a small casserole dish that is fairly deep that I use). Top with the remainder of the shredded block of mozzarella and desired amount of pepperoni.

Bake at 400 degrees until cheese bubbles.
