Re: North Conway

  • I love North Conway and there is so much to do.  In addition to Storyland, there is also Santa's village.  I believe it's about 45 minutes to an hour away from Storyland.  There are also 2 hotels that have indoor water parks.  I believe they are the Hampton in and Red Jacket Inn.  Lots of great restaurants as well.  There is the Muddy Moose, the Black Cap, Margarita Grill.  There is also a restaurant near Storyland called the Red Fox.  They are very kid friendly and have a play area as well as an eating area for families with kids.  Have a great time!

  • There is a ton to do! Like pp said there is Santas Village. There is also 6 Gun City that is around there as well. If you want to do a day trip you could always go to Lincoln NH to hit up Clarks Trading Post. The kids love the bear shows that they have there. And there is also the Hobo Railroad which is a train right with lunch included. If you go to the center of North Conway there is a a lot of cute shops, and there is also a huge outlet mall there.

  • Pretty sure you can take a train ride up Mt. Washington from the center of town. There is also a lake up there...something like Catherine's Cathedral... which is really nice. Not too big so it would be nice for little ones to play in the sand/wade in the water.

  • I'm not sure how far away Lincoln is to N.Conway, but there's Indian Head Resort, it's geared towards families with kids.  https://indianheadresort.com/

And there's a water park also in Lincoln.   https://www.whalestalewaterpark.net/
