At what point do you change insert sizes from newborn to the larger?

My LO started having leaks with the newborn size probably around 9-10 weeks so I switched over then.

This. The newborn inserts were not absorbent enough for us.

I made it five months before I had to move up to the larger insert. I do change often, and she's only a heavy wetter at night, but just normal during the day.

However, I only made it to 7 months before I had to start stuffing with both inserts.

We've been good since.

I am so glad someone posted about this, I was having the same issues! I just changed all of my inserts this afternoon.
