Not sure where you live, but Rheal (with an accent aigu on the E that I can't do on my phone) is fairly popular amongst French-Canadians. I like Kirsty a lot too. 

Most of the others are pretty bad, though. I have a sinking feeling that Kaytland is a particularly awful butchering of my name, Caitlin. FFS.

I wonder if some of these spellings were created by the kids.  I remember being in middle school and trying to figure out other ways to spell Katie.  My favorite was Kayti with a heart over the i.  This was before y's were even trendy.

As it is facebook, the kids could be using "their" names and not their REAL names/spellings.  Sometimes its because they like a unique spelling (Katie vs Kayde), avoiding a name search by teachers and/or parents. 

SS1 uses the name "Jay LN" on facebook.  Jay is his self-made nn.

I have a friend from college that goes by Randi, which is a nn for Miranda.
