It's kind of slow today so why not talk about dinner? I'm making chicken satay with peanut sauce and rice. What do you have planned?
Also, I'm hosting a dinner party tomorrow and have no idea what I should do. Any thoughts? Nothing that will break the bank either

Tonight we are doing leftovers. We had friends over for fajitas last night.
One of my favorite summer dinners is beef and veggie kabobs with rice pilaf and a greek salad. We've done them with pork too. I usually load them with mushrooms, onions, cherry tomatoes, and zucchini. They are always a crowd pleaser. This is the best kabob marinade ever!!!

I'm late to the party, but I had 2 grilled chicken tacos with roasted garlic, red onion jalapeno, sweet potato straws & jack cheese. And black beans and rice, very tasty.
I didn't make it, it was Tin Star...Yumm!
We had some friends over for dinner and I made pork chops and roasted squash. The star of our dinner was this:
