Is there a "key" for how to decide if something is EUC, GUC, etc?

I am going to sell some diapers.  I have size 1 thirsties duo wraps.  They are the velcro type  A few of them have slightly curled velcro, but still sick very well.  How would you classify that?

I'd say photos and describing any flaws are more important than what label you choose for the ad.

EUC is like new condition maybe slightly pilly. With a curled tab, I'd say VGUC or GUC and note what the issue is.
