I just recently started thinking about this name for a boy and I really like it. I would prefer the middle name be Michael. Our last name is two syllables starting with J (doesn't end in N).
Some other names we like: Jackson (in which case we need a new MN- not Michael)
Merrick
Colin
(although we obviously do like Irish names we do not like Callum or Declan- feel free to suggest others though)!
Thanks!
Re: WDYT of Griffin (nn Finn)?
I like Griffin and it's not common
I like Finn. I'm not as fond of Griffin, but it is unique.
Have you considered Finley, or another name (maybe Finnian) as possibillities.
I like Colin as well.
Other names we have looked at (DH heritage is Irish) are Liam (DS name), Ronan, and Sean.
