Could this be the 6 week growth spurt?

DS has been giving us great stretches at night since week 3 - always 4-7 hours for the first long stretch. Last night, he was getting up every 2 hours nursing on one side then falls asleep. He is 5 weeks but was one week late so based on EDD he is 6 weeks? I'm hoping this is a growth spurt and not him reverting back to waking every 2 hours at night to nurse. Anyone else experience this during a growth spurt? I guess I should see how his behavior is during the day today. This all started just last night.

I think it could be a growth spurt. And your LO is so young still. A sleep pattern at this time probably won't stick around for a long time. I know with my DS his pattern changes sometimes. He will go a first long stretch like your LO for a week or two and then one night he goes back to every 2-3 hours and then it's back to longer stretches.
