So i had my first hypnobirthing class today and i have fallen in love with this method!!  My plan at first was to just read the book and do it myself but then i decided to take the calsses.  I am so glad i did!! Just wanted to share because it has actually made me excited to birth this baby this time around!

I agree.  The classes really do make a big difference.  Have fun!

I was planning to take classes but the instructor in our area still hasn't gotten back to me so I just picked up the book at Barnes and noble yesterday. I found the affirmations and rainbow relaxation online and have been listening to those for a couple of weeks. I'm hoping the book gives me enough info to get through it!

You'll love it even more after your birth! I went through transition with my HBAC in our shower and actually thought my labor was getting easier because I was so relaxed. It was intense but not painful. The MW barely made it to my delivery because even she was in denial at how quickly I was progressing - that is the only downside, strange thing is the MW had mentioned this can happen. GL!
