Bleeding started again

I'm 4 weeks pp and my bleeding pretty much stopped a week ago. I woke up for a nap this afternoon and it started again. I haven't done anything strenuous or different, I've been taking it really easy. Is this normal? Should I be concerned? It's not heavy or anything it's just that it stopped a week ago and out of the blue it came back

are you nursing?  It actually could be your period.  However, that being said mine came and went toward the end and I bled for six weeks both times.  I got my period pretty quickly after stopping bleeding.

Obviously if it becomes heavy or you have any other symptoms call your dr.

I bled off and on for 7 weeks everytime I thought I was done it would start up again.   My OB told me at my 6w pp appt that it was normal and just to take it easy when I could.

I am breast feeding so I'm thinking it's probably not my period.

It's normal. I bled on and off for 11 weeks, my doc got concerned at the end, and I got an u/s. At four weeks pp I wouldn't worry a bit.

It's probably postpartum bleeding but don't count on your period staying away just because you're breastfeeding.

I bled for 6 weeks after my 1st c/s and got my period at week 7.  I bled for 7 weeks after my 2nd c/s and got my period at week 8.  I breastfed both girls for one year +.

I stopped bleeding around 3 weeks. Then at 6 weeks it was basically spotting every other day. The doc said it was normal. For the first 8 weeks or so it's gonna be unpredictable. And I got on the depo shot so my bleeding, or any possible periods, are gonna be crazy for the next 3-6 months! But chances are, as with last time, I won't have any anyways!
