LIttle late, but new here

Hi! My son was born at 34 weeks with gastroschisis. He was in the hospital for two months and wasn't allowed to actually eat for the first few weeks. When he was able to eat, it was a quarter of an ounce at most. He'll be a year in a couple weeks and he's still wearing 3-6 month clothing and is a bit behind on certain milestones.

I'm so glad this forum is here! It wasn't around last year (or if it was, I totally wasn't paying attention haha).

We were here! DS is 16 mo and still in 6-12 mo bottoms. So it goes - glad things are going better for your family.

Hi & Welcome.. Love your babies name.. I, too had a Maxwell..but ironically we lost him on 8/7.. when your labor started for your Maxwell.. His sister, Grace was born at 27w3days.. and she is almost a year as well (8/3)..she wears 3 mos pants..her bum is small.. & in 6-9 months for onesies.. they'll catch up!

I'm so sorry to hear that! We've had a couple close calls ourselves, but I couldn't imagine losing him. He'll definitely be in my prayers tonight. I am glad to hear little Grace is well.
