This is at the top of my list.  It's a full name.  

If you're looking for something longer, you can use Kaia (Kaya), Kyra, Kyla...I went to school with a boy named Kairo (pronounced like Cairo, Egypt).

My first thought was Malachi, Kyran, or Kainan (or any of the bible variations could work).

This. But if you really want it as a nn, the only one I can think of is Kyle. This is DH's name, but I often call him Ky.

I knew a guy in high school named Kyan. He went by Ky. Love it. And Kai.

Caiser is on my list as we do C's for boys and B's for girls. DH still isn't 100% on it but I love it and think it's unique. I've been digging last names for first names...

This. I know a 2 year old boy named Kai. I don't think his cousin's name being a similar style should be an issue IMO.
