If you're looking for something longer, you can use Kaia (Kaya), Kyra, Kyla...I went to school with a boy named Kairo (pronounced like Cairo, Egypt).

This. I know a 2 year old boy named Kai. I don't think his cousin's name being a similar style should be an issue IMO.
