Do you recognize this carrier/logo?

A friend was just given a hand-me-down baby sling and I can't figure out what brand it is. It looks like a ring sling w/ plastic rings and is made of a faded black/gray stretchy cotton. Logo is a blue smiley face spiral curl on the forehead. Hopefully these picture comes through.

I don't know what the brand is, but I absolutely would not trust a stretchy ringsling with plastic rings.

Figured it out. It's not a ring sling but a moby-style stretchy wrap called the Ultimate Baby Wrap. Instead of tying off the ends like the moby, you feed the end through the rings like a ring sling, which seems an unnecessary extra step.
