Just curious how you are finding the experience.
I'm looking into joining because I make terrible food and portion choices.
If you have done WW online and gone to meetings which system did you prefer?
Again, sorry for being a lurker/rare poster... I'm trying to get better.
Re: Anyone here do WW online?
I use it, and it is great as long as you are honest. Some days I know I ate poorly and will "forget" to log my points. When I am honest and diligent, it really works. I have lost 7 pounds since I started in May.
I was wondering if you are the same poster who had the twins dressed as Thing One and Thing Two. I loved that picture. I am horrible with screen names and always recognize siggies.
Yup that's me!! I had to change my s/n for a privacy issue so I went MIA for a bit.
I've done the meetings and am doing them again right now.
About 10 years ago I lost 60lbs with the program, but put it all back on plus some.
I started going 2.5 weeks ago and have already lost 8.6lbs. I think the meetings work for me because someone else is weighing you. Its an accountability thing for me.
I used it to loose the last 8 pounds of my pregnancy weight. I agree with the pp, if u are honest it works. I liked it because I logged everything from the app on my iPhone so it was really portable and I could look up point values on the go. I am not sure how much you eat out but we do a lot so I used a separate app that has a huge selection of restaurants and their food point values. It is called "Dotti's weight loss zone".
I don't have any experience with the meetings but I am sure that for some people it might be the better option.
