What are your feelings about Hadley? Is it 'trendy'? My H loves the name Haddie but to me it is a nn and would need a formal name to go along with it. Unfortunately, I don't like Harriet so that is out for a formal name. Any other options as a formal name for Haddie?
Re: Hadley
I think Hadley sounds very masculine. And sort of butler-ish.
The only Haddie I've ever known was a Hadassah.

I've never figured out if Hadley is supposed to have a long A sound or a short one. I'm guessing short?
I like looking at it but I think it might be weird to actually call somebody Hadley. It would be cool in middle and high school but it seems weird on a small child and weird for an adult.
