WWYD re: middle name? Two first names

DH and I have an initial name that's pretty high on our list - A.J., for Adam Justin (after my grandfathers). I always assumed we'd give LO a middle name (either Robert or Ronald, after his father or grandfather) but DH pointed out that it might be kind of unnecessary.

WDYT? Would you do 2 names or 3?

I think 4 sylable is enough, I wouldn't throw a middle name in. 

We're looking at John David, but since thats only 2 sylables, we're considering Arthur as a MN.

Agreed. You don't need a middle name.

Also... John David has 3 syllables-- not 2

I have been thinking about this a lot lately because I'm beginning to favor a two part Mary FN.  Every combo I come up with sounds better without having a second MN.

Thanks - a little slow here at times lately.  Still just think John David sounds too boring or too much like a Duggar.  We'll work on figuring this out after we find out the sex.

I'm not a fan of 2 MNs.

[The only time on here I've encouraged it - especially for a boy - the woman had been trying to conceive for years and they thought it would be their only opportunity and they wanted to use both grandfathers FNs as MNs for their LO]
