Need a good comeback.....

WE are having our third (baby #2 is 6 months) and I know that people are going to have some "remarks".  Anyone have a great comeback to people that made snide remarks after you told them that you were pregnant again?!?!

While I tend to agree with the PPs on letting it slide, give me some examples, and I'll come up with something!

Careful with this one! You never know if the other person isn't just being an ass bc of infertility or loss issues.  If  you're sure they're not, then yeah, it's a good one.

When I get the hands full comment (usually from strangers) I just say, "Yep, in a good way." and move on. My family will still occasionally say how surprised they are we had our #2 so soon, and I tell them that was kind of the point - our pregnancies should ALWAYS be a surprise, they aren't part of the decision making or creation process

I am 34 weeks prego and we have a 9 1/2 mo old.  SO they will be less then 11 months apart!

My favorite thing to say is "apparently its easier to get pregnant the second time!!"  It always makes for a good laugh even if the comments made to me aren't always that nice!  Other wise just say "we thought it would be an adventure to have two LO's so close and they will always have a play buddy!"

If ppl are really rude just tell them your trying to beat the Duggers record lol
