can't stop sneezing

Usually when I have a cold or feel one coming on, I take a ton of zinc. I can't take more than one of my zinc pills per day for a cold now, and I'm allergic to sudafed. So I look like Rudolf. DS asked me if my nose was bleeding because it's so big and red. Does anyone have any suggestions for dealing with a cold while pregnant?

I would think that having as much Vitamin C as you can would help at least a little bit. A friend also told me she takes probiotics whenever she gets colds and she never takes medicine.

My neti pot and saline spray saved  my sanity when I had a cold.
