Another profile book question

Sorry to do this again. It looks like we're going to need several books (consultant said 20-25). Mixbook is great, but I can't find a way to print it myself.

That being said, for those of you who printed your own books at Kinko's, etc. - what program did you use? Microsoft Publisher just doesn't seem to have the options I want. Should I look into actually purchasing a program to download onto my computer that will allow me to print my work, rather than purchasing a book through a website?

I would contact Mixbook (that's what I did when they were scrapblog). They were able to show me how to download the pages to my computer as high resolution .jpg files and have them printed anywhere I wanted.
