Weaning or just too busy to eat?

C has always been a quick eater but lately I cannot get her to sit still and nurse during the day.  She takes bottles at daycare and I nurse her once in the morning, before bed and then 2 times during the night.  Those night feeding usually last about 10 mins each which is fairly long for her.  I tried to feed her this morning when she woke up and she would only latch for a minute before popping off and squirming to get off my lap and play.  Is this the beginning of weaning or just her new *busy* normal and she is making up for those short feedings at night?

most breastfeeding experts say that self weaning before a year is very uncommon, so i would assume she's just having a nosy spell and is to busy to concentrate.  sometimes it helps if you keep the room you're in dark with no noise so she doesn't have anything to take away her attention.  my DD will have days where she will only be on for 2-3 minutes so i try to just nurse more frequently. good luck!
