This will be our 3rd LO and we found out with both of our boys. This time, we plan on staying Team Green and waiting for the delivery room to find out the gender--it's going to be tough but we are excited for the surprise. Anyone else with me?
Definitely! We were team green with our first and it was the best surprise ever, especially since DH and I were both convinced I would have a girl. It will be a little harder this time (for me, anyway), but it's still worth the wait. I wish more people would wait to find out, it's totally worth it!
I'm with you! We found out with DS and I was glad I did. This time, though, I really really don't care what it is- I see benefits to having another boy and I see the upside of having one of each. Plus it means we have to come up with 2 names and I love the naming process
I'm hoping I'll be singing the same tune come A/S time, but I've got about 13 more weeks until I have to conjure up the self-control needed for that appointment!

Yes! We were team green first time around and loved the surprise. I (along with most of friends and family) were convinced it was a boy so it was so surprising when she was a she! I'm excited for either sex so looking forward to the surprise this time too.

I want to be team green! My husband and I talked about it a year or so ago and he said he would be fine not finding out. Of course, now he wants to know, so we'll have to see! Maybe I'll let him find out so long as he agrees to keep his mouth shut.
We didn't find out with Ryleigh and won't be finding out again. I love it this way, so much more exciting. The coming up with two names thing is stressing me out though. We had Ryleigh Marie and Riley Dale picked for YEARS before so it was no problem. This time I have absolutely no idea. And husband demands that if it's a boy the initials are RDE. So tough.

DH did the same thing....so we bartered and agreed that I have to give him 5 foot rubs and he agreed to team green (he must not be remembering how many foot/neck/back rubs he's going to be giving me through out this pregnancy if it's anything like last time! mwuhahahahha)

It's our first and I really want to stay on team Green, I was convinced till my girlfriend gave me a great idea.
Since I'll be pregnant over Christmas, have the ultrasound technician write the sex without telling us, put it in a box and seal right away. Then we can open it on Christmas Day! LOVE this idea!
So now I am torn as to which I should do!

We are also Team Green! We have a girl and would be happy with either one - not like you get to choose anyway. Having a sister would be awesome and having one of each would also be great! Unfortunately, I wasn't surprised last time, even though we were Team Green, just because I had such a strong feeling she was a girl. Stay strong, Mama!

I love this idea!! It's our first too, but I'm probably the one messing us up on the team green issue. I'm just too anxious. I want to do something like the cake gender reveal, or it being wrapped up in a box, but do it at the shower. We want almost everything to be gender neutral, if necessary we can get gender specific clothing/items right before or after it's born.
I was all for finding out until my DH told me he wants to be surprised. Then I read this thread and thought about it... now we're definitely going to wait!

We will be Team Green 100%.
We decided that life doesn't have very many huge surprises so this is one we know we want to have!

I kinda wish that we were, but there is no way my DH will agree to it. Now I am getting excited for the a/s so maybe I wouldn't be able to either.
What a fun surprise for you all though!
