Reaction to Earth Mama Angel Baby bottom balm?

Has anyone's LO had a reaction to this?  I just started using it over the weekend, and baby girl has a weird spot on the bottom of one butt cheek.  It is red, and irregular shaped...

Is it just a rash and coincidence?  Could the cream be too strong?

    I haven't had any problems, but every bum is different.  It might have something in it that your LO is allergic to.  My LO didn't do well with plain coconut oil...most love it.

    It could be a reaction.  Each baby's skin is different.  My DD had a reaction to Grandma El's, which is a popular cream for many.
