Mia Caroline?

Thoughts or opinions on this name? Too short or insubstantial? How does it sound together...Mia Caroline S (two syllable LN)?

We are a little concerned about popularity (we know it's #9 on the SSA list). I have never met a Mia, but I also do not know too many babies. Will she inevitably be one of five in her class?

Beautiful.

I don't know many Mias, I don't think it's that popular. I know a 3 y/o named Mia in NYC. The baby across the street was just born last week and is Mia. The baby next door, due this week, will be Amelia, nn Mia.

But this is just a very recent thing and I still don't consider it that popular.

Caroline was going to be DS's name if he were a girl so I obviously adore that.

I really like the way they sound together, very pretty. I only know of one Mia, she's my cousin's daughter and she's around 5.

Nice name - I think sometimes the popularity of names depends on where you live. My DD is Grace and we have yet to run into one. I do know two Mia's here in Denver though so it all varies.

The name Mia Caroline is adorable! I also have never met a Mia IRL, but I do feel I like I see it a lot on the BNB. If you love it, go for it!

I really like it and I think that it is great because it is not all that popular. I have been doomed with picking all the popular 'unpopular' names that become super trendy. Oh well.

Regarding popularity, have you looked to see how it ranks for your state? There are a few names that we really loved that were not popular nationally but were crazy popular for our state and vice versa for a few as well.
