Flexed big toes

This may seem like a weird question, but do you think I should be concerned that Em often has her big toes flexed up? I worry about it, but can't find anything on the Internet about it except one site that says it's a sign of pain. That would mean that Em has been in some sort of pain most of her life and most if the time. Should I call the pedi? Any thoughts or anyone else notice this?

    Both at the same time? My mom has always done this with one toe. Not all of the time, though. My dad and I use to make fun of her for it and now my son does it! Stick out tongue

    Sometimes it is just her left foot, but lots of times it is both at the same time. Can it maybe be just a thing she does?

    DS does this occasionally but he flexes them down. DH does it too so I'm not worried about it. DH actually didn't even realize he did it until I pointed it out one day!
