I'm trying to figure out which way to spell this name. I tend to lean towards Annabel, but I don't want to doom my daughter to a life where no one can spell her name correctly. DS's name is Oliver. Thoughts?
I've only seen it spelled Annabelle, very pretty, and nice that you are thinking about how to spell it with your kids future of trying to get it spelled correctly in mind. My name is foreign (as am I) and ends up spelled wrong all the time in English. Anyway, it means I tend to have to correct the spelling a lot, which can get old. Though on the fun side I have quite the collection of certificates etc, with a variety of misspellings.
This question seems to get asked a lot here. It's all personal preference. While I myself would default to Annabelle, a lot of other people would go Annabel because of the poem.
Personally, I think Annabelle looks both prettier and more complete. Annabel looks like Hannibal to me. I don't care if it is older.
They're both correct spellings. Annabel is the oldest version, derived from Amabel. Annabelle is the more common Americanized version. It's totally personal preference; some think Annabelle is superfluous, others think Annabel looks unfinished. She'll probably have to deal with misspellings either way.

Go with Annabelle, looks better
Either way is fine.
If you are going for the literary connection, spell it the way Poe did- Annabel.
If you are looking for a "frilly-er" spelling go for Annabelle.

I've always preferred Annabel.
Annabelle!! My daughters name is Annabelle
This is one of our top two for baby.
We are spelling it Annabel.
I prefer the more traditional less 'fluffy' spelling.
