We're going a new route and this time we are required to do a profile book. The last one we did is not mandatory so we just put on together. This time we have more a specific look to try and model.
I know many of you have talked about different programs you have used to create your books, but I cannot find the posts. Please let me know what you used, where you found it, if there was a cost, etc. Also, if you visited sites to get ideas or advice on putting a book together, that would be helpful.
I don't want to shell out an arm and a leg, and would love to have a fairly user-friendly program to use.

Re: Re-working our profile book - need advice
We used scrapblog.com. Someone else owns them now. I downloaded the pages and had them printed at Kinkos. The cost was pretty minimal to set up (I used free embellishments because I"m cheap--LOL), so the bigger cost was printing, which still wasn't that awful. That said, we were only required to do a 2-pager.
If scrapblog hadn't worked out I would have just done it in Powerpoint on our computer.
We didn't visit sites. Our agency gave us guidelines. PM me if you want them.
We used Mixbook..(they may have bought scrapblog?? if I remember correctly). Super duper easy. And the books were reasonable. Also retailmenot.com always has coupons for this sight to buy one get one etc..
We had to do a book..so our's is hard cover 8 x11 etc..
