Drink lots of water, it will help flush your system and get rid of some retained water.
Avoid salty foods, they cause water retention.
If you are also gassy, try Mylanta Gas.
If you are also having indigestion/heartburn, try Zantac.

I had what seemed to me as a lot of bloating/being backed up intentionally in first trimester. Hubby rubbing/massaging around the intestines, helping bowels move it along helped (laying down, on right side, rub for 5-10 mins, shift position to left side, rub some more) helped. Eating more fiber in foods helps a few days down the line. When hits me, Post's shredded wheat (regular and/or lightly frosted - I mix the two, & has no sodium) is pretty good for breakfast, and for dessert/ pre-bed time snacks, 3 or so dried apricots or plums (warning: one too many and will make bloating worse). That combination usually helps me along the next day but not fun in the mean time.
If it's due to water retention, I am guessing you're in the middle of a heat wave, like a PP stated, sodium can do a number on ya so cutting back (and it's hidden EVERYWHERE!) makes a big difference. I went low salt to reduce the blood pressure instead of taking meds a number of years back to get ready for TTC. Not as strict any more, but if I eat out I notice a difference in the way I feel the next morning.
Re: I need help!
Pooping!
Gas X to help with the bloat or Miralax to help with the constipation.
These are the things that help me.

If it's a gassy bloating, try a teaspoon of baking soda in a 4-6oz glass of water.
You're welcome. lol
