short vent

Since the only person who knows other than me is my hubby and he doesn't get any of this, I need to vent / complain about pregnancy symptoms. 

My boobs hurt and are heavy, I am always nausous, I have had a headache for a few days now and can't take anything for it that works, I am EXHAUSTED, and emotional!  I know I am not the only one going through this but I just needed to vent because not being able to say anything to anyone is killing me.  My friends think I am being lazy, my poor toddler doesn't understand why mommy doesn't feel good, my house is a disaster, and all I want to do is nap...

 

No need for responds this is purely because I have no where else to vent!

Well, I'll respond anyway!

It sucks, and I'm sorry you're feeling miserable. If your husband doesn't understand exactly what you're going through, is he at least helpful with your toddler and other household duties? Fear not about the messes... they'll get cleaned up when they get cleaned up.

I feel the same way!  You can vent to me anytime.   I feel like a slacker mommy and wife because I'm doing about 15% of what I normally do.  My house looks horrid and I just want to curl up and sleep.  I figure I just won't have company until the 2nd Tri LOL

You are definitely not the only one, as you can see.  I'm sure that most of us are feeling like slackers.  

I have so much to do, all my poor toddler wants to do is play with mommy, but all mommy wants to do is nap!  

DH definitely does NOT understand and is not sympathizing with me at all, but he has been helpful (somewhat) with DS.  He takes him out as much as he can so I can nap or just rest, and does not complain too much.  (It's going to hit him hard when we move out of his parents house on August 1st... his mom has done 99% of the cooking.  It's so hard to cook when everything makes you want to hurl!  I've explained that to him, and he says he gets it, but we will see when he's home & hungry LOL.)

In my defense, however, I have done a TON of packing for our move.

Hang in there momma! I feel so sick too. My poor house is neglected and my daughter is confused as to why I just want to lay down all the time. I feel your pain!
