And I guess the same for any of the hypnobirthing classes...
I can't speak for having taken the classes, but Amy Farr is a hypno instructor. She's blessedarrivals.com and is also a member of these boards. She's got a class going now but I believe she's willing to do private instruction if needed. (Not sure when you're due
)
Amy was my doula with both of my births and I wouldn't do it again without her
