Sitters in the Allen/McKinney Area?

I'm not even really sure where to start! My son is nearly 2 and I don't have family or friends, so I haven't been able to get away[!!!!] for an evening like I want.

 Are there any companies or people or websites that you recommend?

    Sorry, I don't have any advice. We're in that area but have never left our 1 year old with a sitter for the same reasons. A few times I've looked on care.com but I always end up too hesitant to go through with it. I have DS enrolled in a Mother's day out program for the fall, and I'm hoping maybe to either meet other moms with recommendations or perhaps one of the workers there does after hours sitting. If you do try an agency or website, please post and let us know about your experience. Good luck!

    Hi there!

    My husband attends Dallas Theological Seminary and you are able to post job positions on their job board website. You might be able to find a sitter that way if you go to their website at dts.edu. There are some wonderful wives who I sure would like to babysit for you!
