Dr office was closed when I went for appt....

I am so flustered! I went to get my ultrasound today at 4, the time and date the appointment card said, and my dr office was closed. Has anyone else had this happened to you? It's also my anniversary and I've waited two weeks for this one because my last u/s was too early. We would have been able to see the hb for the first time today. Their after hours number is the same as the office, no one ever called to reschedule or cancel. Their hours also state until 5 pm. I'm so upset and want to see my baby. Now I will have to wait to be rescheduled somewhere else. Any advice?

I would be so ticked off! I am sorry that happened to you! That is so unprofessional on their part! Idk what part of Oklahoma you're in or who your doctor is but in the Tulsa area I'm going to the Women's Health Group and so far they're great! They are part of Hillcrest Medical Center so I doubt they have the option to close early since it's part of the hospital. I don't really have any advice (I'm sorry) but maybe look around for other doctors in your area...I hope you have a better experience and that you can get in somewhere else to see your baby soon! I would probably not go back there because I wouldn't want to deal with that. Hope you have a better experience soon!

Oh hey I'm an Alisha! Well I found a new dr, I am in Moore. I found a high risk dr in norman and was able to get in for Tuesday next week. I'm glad I'm not the only who feels like I was put out. I know we really need to get an ultrasound soon and make sure everything is okay. Congratulations on your baby!
