Baby decided to be difficult and shy! It was butt down
and head up and refused to turn over, crossed its legs, and scrunched
itself up! So - we still have no idea what he/she is!
It also
put its arms over its face so the tech couldn't see its face to check
everything out so she couldn't finish the entire ultrasound
The
good thing is we got to see baby and we get to see him/her again on
August 13th! Baby will be bigger by then and we should be able to see
everything - she said she didn't even want to guess unless she was 100%.
Silly little baby! I'm glad you got to see him/her though And hooray for getting another peek in 2 weeks!! I hope s/he's cooperative then and shows his/her little parts!

If it doesn't cooperate at the next appointment it will be grounded before he/she is even born! HA!
We had ours this morning too! All measurements were good, but tech couldn't tell gender because his/her foot was always in the way -- [sigh] -- apparently it stretched out it's legs once and then had them curled up the entire rest of the time and didn't like it's feet touched .....very glad, however, all the important stuff was normal though!!!!

We had the same thoughts - we're ok with not knowing the gender because all of the super important stuff was normal!
Oh man, that sucks! But at least everything else looked good, and you'll get to see him/her again soon! Our a/s is Thursday and I can't wait! But I'm so afraid that baby will be in a position where they won't be able to tell the sex. If that happens, I plan on just going to an elective ultrasound place probably.
Baby B was like that. The tech kept flipping me around until he would stop bouncing up and down lol. I had never seen anything like it before. He would bounce up and down on his back. When she started looking at him he had his legs folded up in the air in a weird way. She pushed my stomach and he finally rolled over as to say FINE..
