Switching water question

DS and I are going to be staying with my parents for a week.  I'd like to cloth diaper while we're there, but they have very hard well water that smells kind of like sulfer.  Here at home we have super soft city water, so I'm wondering if I should change my wash routine or detergent while we're there.

Right now we wash in Tide powder and have had no smell issues.

Add Calgon or washing soda to soften the water. I'd add ~2 tbsp for hard water, plus your usual Tide.
