Anyone do Disney while pregnant?

We will be going to Disney while I will be about 6 months pregnant. I'm not worried about actually being pregnant there, I'm sure with a little one we will be taking plenty of breaks so I know I will be able to rest. 

Im more worried about missing out of riding rides with DS. He will be 15 months at the time so obviously I'm not worried about missing out of space moutain, but would be able to ride Dumbo or the jungle cruise with him?  

Any advice or tips?

I live 15 min from Disney and worked there in college. I went there A LOT while pregnant. You can pretty much do anything that your 15 month old can. Small world, dumbo, jungle cruise all of the shows etc.. The only rides that you are restricted from are obviously the roller coasters and anything that jerks you around. The signs out front and the map will let you know which ones are unsafe. The worst part for me was all the walking. It's exhausting.

I went to Disney at 19 weeks with DD. I was able to ride all the rides that she could at 16 months. We did dumbo, it's a small world, finding nemo, the tea cups (this was her favorite ) and a couple others.

Yep.  I went when 8 months pregnant with DS1 and 7 months pregnant with DS2.

I went at 33w pg and rode basic rides (haunted mansion, toy story, etc...)

I went to Disneyland many times while pregnant with both kids. You can do anything that your 15 month old can do.

I've never been to Disney World but I'm assuming they have baby centers like Disneyland. They are awesome and have changing stations, sinks, places to nurse and all kinds of baby supplies that you can purchase.

I went when I was 5 months pregnant last year and we are doing it again for Christmas (I will be 6 months).  It was fine!!  I just steered away from anything my 3 year old could not do.....
