Just a question here,
Our intake paperwork arrived to apply to our agency. They are asking for proof of coverage for our medical and life insurance. I made copies of the life insurance policies, medical insurance cards and our login website for medical insurance which states our account as "active." Am I missing a specific piece of paper for these? I thought I remembered a letter the medical health plan would mail out titled "Proof of Coverage."
Any thoughts? Thanks!
Re: Paperwork Question
What we had to do with ours was call our ins provider and have them send us a letter saying that they will cover a child from the day of placement. It must be pretty common, because the customer service rep was familiar with the letter that I needed. It was a form letter specifically for adoptions. She plugged in our names and policy number and mailed it to us the same day.
I am not sure if that's what you need, but I'd call and as if you are unsure.
Good luck! :-)

Our insurance company also provided a letter of coverage.
So glad you were able to get it so quickly!!
