Great Proposal

I just got back from seeing Rodger and Hammerstein's Cinderella.  At the end of the play one of the lighting crew came out on stage and called his girl friend down on stage.  He said "I may not be prince charming but you are my dream come true...(insert more mushy stuff) Will you marry me? He goes down on his knee and pulls out the ring.  After she jumps up and down and says yes, the music starts up and he sings the theme song to Cinderella and dances her around the stage.  His proposal got a standing ovation, lucky girl!

Personally, I wouldn't want a public proposal, but I do love that musical!

I would have loved it if my Dh would have put some thought into my proposal, private or public.  

My mom said "I hope she really wanted to say yes"

lol, yep. In my head the Cinderella proposal was the one she had always dreamed of!

Tru dat.  I do think that a guy should know a girl well enough to propose the way she'd want him to.

I'm irrationally excited about your move to CA. I don't know why, it's not like we're going to be hanging out regularly. I just like having you close.
