I think that I have the beginings of a sinus infection. I was up all night blowing my nose. I have an OB check up in an hour and I am hoping they will tell me I can take something for all of this congestion.

Have you ever tried a neti pot? They are disgusting, but they work miracles. A neti pot is basically a little container that you use to wash your sinuses out with warm saline. You pour the water up one side of your nose and it flows out the other - and voila, you can blow all (or at least a lot) of the congestion out. You can buy one at Walgreens, I think the brand is Sinucleanse.
