My FFFC is that I haven't pet my dog in forever.  He should be on those Sarah McGlachlan (sp?  Too lazy to look it up right now) commercials.  I feel terrible.  Which should make me want to go pet him and fix it.

I'm SOOOO sick of the dog hair, and so sick of him being so large and in charge that he takes up our entire play space.  DH is remodeling our basement (since last SEPTEMBER!! GRRRR!!)  so we are on top of eachother in this little family room.  It's not the dog, it's me.  I'm the problem.  I hate that I feel so aggrevated with him.  I am a terrible dog mom right now. 

Thank god the cat cuddles with him...at least they have eachother while I'm anti-pets right now.

I have the tv on too much lately when I am playing with DD. She doesn't pay much attention to it because she is crawling around now, but I like to have it on as background noise.

I pretended to not wake up when I heard my DD stirring/talking at 5 AM so my DH had to get up with her.

I'm the same way with my dogs, I get easily irritated with them when all they want is some attention. And I agree about the hair, it is everywhere. We just got a Dyson last night, I am really hoping this helps.

My confession is I have been hounding DH for a new car for me when my car runs perfectly fine. He is now finishng one of our project cars for me to drive. I am really excited for it to be done but I don't want to spend the $600 to finish it. Since when did I become so indecisive? It also stinks because I will only be able to drive it when it is nice out since it is a "show" car.

I'm piggy-backing on this car thing but on the opposite side.  I have a junk car, but don't want a car payment.  DH drives company cars at Hertz but I'm still so cheap when we have absolutely zero car expense, including gas.  DH will get me a car to drive for a week or two and I go everywhere when I have it.  I need to go car shopping but I'm so greedy and now that I am a SAHM, I don't want to spend the money. 

On the up-side, you are going to look super awesome driving you and baby around in a hot little show car!

On the dog-hair note, we got a Neato vacuum.  It does the whole house, including under the beds by itself.  Still, I find reasons to despise my animals. 

I'm so selfish, I hate myself today.  Gross.  I need to go out and volunteer somewhere to counteract my bad-self.

I secretly hope MIL is her usual self and running late in the morning so I don't have to spend as much time with her tomorrow. 

I gave DD a piece of refined, non-whole wheat tortelinni (sp?) last night....gasp!

On the dogs note, I'm right there with you.  I find myself literally pushing them away sometimes, because I just want to be alone after DD goes to bed.  I feel terrible, so I do my best, but I know I take care of them well, and they do get attention, just not as much as they would like.

I haven't done anything at work... all week! My boss was out of town on business and I just didn't feel like do anything but surfing the web. I was even reading a book at some point yesterday.

Also, I hate Kristen Stewart. I'm re-reading Breaking Dawn (while at work) and I can't relate to Bella at all anymore because I just keep imagining Kristen Stewart and her dumb pouty face, it ruins the books for me now.

I think in today's society the amount of research we have can act as a double edged sword. It's amazing that we have the information and especially wonderful in regards to safety (don't get me wrong!) but I think sometimes parents are tok scared to do the right thing for their child/family because it might go against the current recommendation. 

Dont get me wrong, I'm not saying let your child ride without us. The serious things aren't want I'm talking about.  

Eta: I guess this would really be an UO but oh well. It's my confession for the day!

I almost kicked DH out of bed last night. LO had woken up and taken a 45 minutes to get back down and he made a noise and woke her up. I was NOT happy.

DH assigned cleaning the kitchen to our older daughter (soon to be 13) today because she keeps waiting until we're in bed and then coming out of her room to raid the kitchen. I'm letting him, even though I was going to do it today anyway.

And I like Kristen Stewart just fine, so there.

I can't stop buying things this week. At least my husband doesn't mind, since he just got a new job and is in a good mood, otherwise I'd be in the doghouse.

I made over 30 cups of buttercream today, for some cupcakes I'm making for a church function DH is organizing. DD is napping, and I am sitting on the couch with the bowl, beaters and spatula. And I didn't work too hard at scraping the last bits out either
