Almost 4 months PP, pain when bladder full?

I'm almost 4 months PP and I was just wondering if anyone else has this (it's not really painful, but it's definitely uncomfortable) ...pain when your bladder is full.  If I have to pee really bad, where my incision is starts to hurt a little even after I pee...just wondering if that's normal...

    I was experiencing this around 3.5 months PP and asked my OB. He said it was normal and probably just scar tissue adhering to my bladder so it was getting stretched when it was full. Not really sure how true this is, though. I can't quite remember when it went away.

    I have almost a spasming pain inside when i pee, the fuller my bladder is, the stronger the spasms are. My ob said it could be overactive bladder that some get during, but some get after pregnancy.
