Recommend Books about Manners?

Another recommendation request! Any cute stories that incorporate lessons about using good manners? Saying please, thank you, not taking toys from others, using a nice voice, etc.

isnt there a Berenstein Bears book about this?  B.Bs Forget Their Manners or something?

There is...but I've had mixed feelings on the last 2 BB books I got from the library. 

Looked online again last night and saw some good ones. Maybe "Monster Manners" and a few others.
