seems we've had an interesting day here on TB wouldnt you say? lol what else has been the highlight of your day?
for me: i got my email from the library that 50 shades of grey is ready to pick up (yay!), its thursday which means one more day till the weekend, and i got DD the CUTEST kansas jayhawk headband in our gift shop today i cannot wait for her to be here to wear it!
Re: Highlights of the day
Enjoy your book!
The highlight of my day is that work finally started today on finishing our basement. Hopefully it'll be done in 2 weeks as estimated so we can finally begin moving my office down there & making my office the new nursery. Yay.
I have only had a few minutes to see all the MUD posts today. I will have to actually read them all tonight. I gave up on the UO post when it was already over 100 posts when I got to it.
My highlight - since I wasn't bumping, I actually got a ton of work done today!
Kid #1 - 09/03/12
Hysteroscopy #10 - scar tissue grew back reblocking my right tube
#11 or IVF with scarring still inside?
1 lone embryo from September 2016 retreival, dx with Trisomy 16, starting fresh
A girl after my own heart
:)
Wow rora....you're exciting! Get some ice cream or laminate something would you?
Oh, I picked weeds and sprayed vinegar on gaps in the sidewalk. FUN FUN!
oh you have no idea the extent of our jayhawk obsession lol DF has a KU tattoo and DD will have every KU outfit imagineable (that i can afford anyway) he can spot jayhawk stuff a mile away.
I passed my 3hour GTT...YAY....my BP was w/in normal limits...YAY!!!!!
DS is in the 93rd%...:( i am glad he's growing but i dont want a HUGE baby
i know ladies...flame away
Highlight for me was finding out that the new shop opening up two doors down from us is a sex toy shop. MH had met the owner a couple of weeks ago and they said it was "lingerie and ladies' accessories." But, it's a sex shop. Hopefully it'll be discreet and classy. It's a nice area so I don't think it'd work very well to have "XXX" and nasty posters plastered all over the place.
Funny, though.
and I dont even live in Kansas...lol...do you? I live in Upstate NY...lol...a friend from college got me into KU and I havent looked back since
I slept in!
and I am eating a Popsicle!
smart friend lol yeah we live in KS i was born in MO but ive been a KU fan since i was about 11 my stepmom is a KU fan and my parents dont care either way so KU it was and a good decision at that lol
2.0 is on the way! EDD: 2/24/15
Mine was my very best friend dropping by to introduce his girlfriend to us!
He lives across the country and never tells us when he'll be in town, just shows up on our doorstep. I know my impression must not have been that excellent since I spent all night in L&D and was hopped up on Percocet which makes me loopy when mixed with my other meds. I'm pretty sure I asked them if I was hallucinating and described my fibroid tumors as anonymous, whatever than means.
Still, I've been wanting to meet her for years and it was an excellent bed rest distraction!
My highlights:
One of my closest friends and her husband is looking to adopt (anyone know anyone wanting to adopt?? I'd be happy to pass along info) and received their first call from a birth mom today. No idea if it will work out and she isn't even completely sure she wants to adopt out her baby, but they just started their search so the first call was quite exciting!
I hosted a party for a local makeup and skincare company a few weeks back and the hostess gets almost-free products based on sales. I got to pick out $200 worth of pampering stuff for a total of $38. Woohoo!
