I've had one for years but hated that the floors would feel sticky and leave chemicals on the floor. I use this now and love it. It works great and you only need water! Makes me feel better too knowing my baby will be crawling all over the floor soon. And I also like not having to buy refill pads all the time that gets expensive.
I love ours. I'm not sure about the cleaner. I followed an online tutorial to make my cleaner bottle reusable and filled it with my vinegar/water mixture. Totally safe and way cheaper! I have seen advertisements on tv for new ones you can put anything in so I would probably buy that if I didnt already have a swiffer one.

I don't mind ours, but I probably wouldn't buy it again. I agree with the PP who said it leaves a bit of a film on the floors... I use it between real moppings as a quick fix, as our house is for sale at the moment.
Steam is way safer than chemicals but I don't mind my swifter wet jet. I can't afford a shark right now or I would prefer it, but I'd want a new one, not one that has a cord because that just sounds like a pain in the @$$ lol
