What to expect with an u/s at 6w5d?

Hi all - going in for my 2nd u/s at 6w5d today (I'm high risk, history of blood clots, so I get my appts early and often). I had an u/s at 4w1d and didn't see anything except for a "pregnancy uterus" (although I know that was really early) but I'm nervous! I want to set my expectations right. What should I expect to see (or not see)?

I had an early ultrasound at 5w3d, and we only saw an empty Gestational Sac. I then had one at 6w6d and we heard and saw the heartbeat

There is a good chance you will be able to at least see the heartbeat!

You probably will see the flicker of the baby, but possibly not a HB though it's not totally out of the question. Just have expectations that you aren't going to see much, therefore if you see more than you thought, it'll be a nice surprise.

You may see your little gummy bear, sac & fetal pole. You may see the heartbeat flicker, but don't freak out if you don't. Have fun & fx for a great ultrasound!

This was going to be my response. We had our 1st u/s at 6 wks for baby #1 and 8 wks for baby #2. The 8 wk one was so much different-you could see arms and legs, rather than little bumps.

Went in for one because I was bleeding. We saw a little black kidney bean shaped sac with a little white sweat pea inside. got to hear the heart too. That was 6w3d

Don't expect too much.  I had one at 6w5d and it was expecting to see something other than a blob.  I then went back four and a half weeks later and I was so excited for what I saw.

Thanks everyone! We saw a wonderful little blob with a HEARTBEAT! So exciting!! Doctor says everything is looking great with an estimated due date of March 12, 2013. I think I really believe it's happening now!
