...but anyone care if I come over here, too?

If I'm being honest, I've lurked here for about 7 months but have never felt it was the "right" time to intro. I don't know if it's the recent slew of (newbie) grads or the wrath of CD 1 today, but today seemed as good a day as any to FINALLY intro over here, so here it goes!

I'm Smootie, I'm 26 and DH is 25 and we've been married just over 3 years (but together for almost 10). We decided we were ready to TTC December of 2010, but DH's job position was up in the air, so we decided to be responsible and wait until it settled. In April of 2011 he got a promotion, and we took that as our green light. Felt incredible lucky to get a BFP in July, but it only lasted a few days. We've had no luck ever since. In the last 2 months, DH has been Dx'ed with extremely low count, borderline low motility and morph, low T, and varicocele. We are currently waiting on a re-check of the T and another repeat SA w/ DNA frag (both completed yesterday, results will take a few weeks) before we can move forward, although all signs are pointing towards surgery to repair the varicocele. Assuming we go forward with surgery, it'll take 3 months to 2 years to see any improvement in the count (if any at all), so this is really just the beginning of our IF journey.
