Hi,
SO...here's the deal--
Good news: ALL THREE BABIES are doing well, and are alive and kicking (literally). The A/S went very well, they were able to check everything they needed and they all looked healthy, no red flags, I'm thrilled. I teared up when I saw the first little foot kick because it meant the bleeding didn't mean m/c. Cervical length is good 3.something or other.
The odd news: So, I've been bleeding/spotting for two days. I called my dr after hours last night, and she had be take some indocine as a precautionary measure, but thought it was odd but not concerning because I was no where near soaking a pad. TMI--at times its just spotting, at times it's more, but still not soaking a pantyliner, but I'd call it bleeding not spotting.
My DR inspected the placenta over and over and said it's beautiful, and the blood is not coming from there which is good. The odd news is that there is no known cause of this bleeding. She thinks it could be my cervix--when she put the cerclage in two weeks ago she said it had a high tendency to bleed easily, and she blames that. I am THANKFUL that the babies are doing well, but seeing a toilet paper wad COVERED in red blood when you wipe is so disconcerting when you are 20 weeks pregnant!
Thank you for all of your thoughts and prayers. Keep them coming--if you don't mind!
Re: Update from my Thoughts and Prayers Post yesterday
Right ovary removed 09.04.2012 via vertical laparotomy
Essure implant placed on remaining tube 06.13.2013; successful followup scan 09.30.2013
That is awesome news!!
That stinks though that you're still bleeding. Hopefully it will stop soon just for the sake of your sanity!
I'll be praying for you
Is that what you kids are calling it these days? lol. We were sworn off of sex after my cerclage was put in. She said it would just irritate things, so DH and I will take one for the team for WEEKS AND WEEKS to come. I am looking at it as my first mother's sacrifice.

So glad all is well with you and the babies. Bleeding while PG is so scary - I'm glad the Dr. thinks it's just from the cerclage though. I hope it stops soon to ease your mind some.
